These are great fun sandwiches!! I love the bunny, too cute. I alway serve my little girl heart shaped sandwiches, to show that I care. She loves it, and it is such an easy way to make her day special.
I am looking for a bunny cookie cutter asap!!

This sounds cute but I really want a way to seal the edges of the sandwich, which the Japanese style sandwich press seems to do. Do you have any good advice for achieving this result at home without buying the kit? Thanks!!

Hm.. the Japanese press I featured doesn’t seal the edges but I know what you mean. I’m thinking you could try to press it from above and below with two identical cookie cutters? Not sure!
